This additive was also trialled by Teagasc in January this year. So much time, effort and expense put into keeping a largely cruel and unsustainable industry going. If we just reduced consumption a small bit, reduced the number of dairy cows and encouraged regenerative farming systems we could tackle climate change without messing with nature. Our policy makers could lead this change, rather than allowing themselves to be influenced by climate change denying farming lobby groups.
